Baggage Allowance

At Eagle Vail Express, we do not set a limit on the baggage per passenger, however please be advised that each vehicle has a physical limitation on how much it can fit. Although our vehicles have a large cargo capacity, please be advised that we use standard vehicles like Mercedes GLS, Chevy Suburban and Mercedes Sprinter Vans. In case you’re uncertain that your luggage will fit, please contact us before your arrival to double-check. In some cases an upgrade to a larger vehicle or an additional luggage vehicle may be appropriate.

For special items, such as pet transportation, wheelchairs, bicycles, skis and other large items a fee might be applied.

We provide child seats, one child seat is provided free of charge, and from the second child seat a 20$ fee is applied per child seat.
