Eagle Vail Express LLC hereafter referred to as “the company”.

Arrival Instructions: Denver Airport – Please expect a phone call from the driver – meet outside doors at baggage claim. Eagle Vail Airport – meet driver past 3rd baggage carousel holding sign.
1. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled trip time are non-refundable & will be charged the full rate with no refund given. Hourly rates apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time. Chargebacks will be subject to a non refundable $500 administration fee. 25% Non-Refundable Retainer to reserve and secure your vehicle – can be used as a credit towards a future reservation in the event of cancellation outside of 24 hours
from the trip time. 24 hour cancellation policy – No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before your trip.
2. Eagle Vail Express is not liable in event of mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. $500 Cleaning Fee for Spilled Alcohol.
4. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (especially if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
5. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
6. Smoking is not permitted. Cleaning fees may Apply at the Company’s sole discretion.
7. Eagle Vail Express is not responsible for delays, termination of the service, or a change in car class or limo company for any reason or based on or caused by any or none of the following: unsafe road conditions, flight delays road closures flight diversions, or flight cancellations.
8. Eagle Vail Express is not responsible for articles left in vehicles.
9. Balances are charged on the 1st and the 15th of the month you are traveling. If you are booking within the upcoming 2 weeks, we charge your card immediately.
10. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

11. The sedan rate does not apply if you have skis snowboards or golf bags, and you will be charged the SUV rate.
12. All charges, fees & discounts are estimated based on standard rates and account settings. If we need to take a detour or different route due to circumstances out of our control to reach your destination, the rate will be different and calculated after the ride at the company's sole discretion.
Additional tolls, parking, gratuity, cleaning fees at the company’s sole discretion, and other fees may apply. The total due will be calculated upon completion of the trip. If the ride takes longer than the typical time allotted, we reserve the right to charge an additional hourly rate for time spent due to excessive traffic and snow delays, based on our published hourly rates.
13. Child seats available on request – $10 additional per seat.
14. Vail Jet Center add $25 Ramp Fee. Other FBO’s, fee varies.
15. After Hours Fee between 12:00 am and 5:00 am – surcharge varies.
16. Rates do not include industry standard automatic 20%.
17. Surge pricing may apply from December 16th to January 8th and February 14th to 28th.
18. By submitting your email and credit card details to Eagle Vail Express, you certify and agree to all of the above and that: (1) you are the credit card holder; (2) you are requesting the services listed above; (3) you are authorizing the company to charge the credit card listed above for the requested services; and (4) you agree that you will not dispute these charges.
